1. General The following Terms and Conditions and delivery conditions apply to all purchases with Coolsunglasses.nl. Different Terms and Conditions of international contract partners do not become a component part of the contract, or only apply under the condition that they correspond to these Terms and Conditions. 2. The purchase The Purchase comes into being when the purchaser fills out the specified sections of the form and sends off the order by clicking the mouse or pressing. The sale is made by Coolsunglasses.nl (hereafter named the Seller). The following Terms and Conditions then apply exclusively. 3. Prices All prices are subject to change. The prices used in the shop apply. The goods can be paid in Euro and US Dollar. The Seller reserves the right to make general adjustments of the prices at any time, with the exception of running orders. 4. Delivery Delivery will be made to the address stipulated by the purchaser. If events occur, which make delivery more difficult for the Seller, the delivery date may be extended for a reasonable period, to a maximum of 30 days. When not feasible, the purchaser will be noticed by CoolSunglasses.nl, and the purchaser will be given the option to cancel the purchase. In case the purchase is cancelled the amount paid will be reimbursed by CoolSunglasses.nlwithin 30 days. Within 3 working days the order will be given to an international parcel company for delivery. The Seller reserves the right to choose the parcel company. 5. Terms of payment Payment of your purchase is possible through iDEAL, prepay (bank transfer), PayPal or credit card. Payment with credit card is handled by our partners of Chronopay or PayPal. Chronopay and PayPal use the latest in security systems (SSL), which decrease the safety risks for buyer and seller. Payment should be done within 14 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically. 6. Right to return goods (cool-down period) We want our customers to be happy with our products. The buyer has the right to return goods bought from us if they dont meet the buyers expectations provided that the product is in its original state and happens within 20 days, we will reimburse the purchase price without the paid shipping costs. The cost of returning the goods is to be paid by the buyer. Beware: In case you placed an order with free delivery, we will have to deduct € 5.50 shipping costs when returning a parcel. 7. Incorrect or faulty delivery and cancellation Goods which were not ordered, or defective goods must be returned immediately by the buyer with an exact description of the goods and the type of defect. The invoice must be included. In case of justified complaints, the Seller will replace the faulty or defective goods for goods in compliance with the contract. Minor colour differences to the original internet image cannot be considered as a defect. In case of unjustified complaints the customer must pay the forwarding costs for the return delivery. An order may be cancelled if there is a delivery delay for goods ordered more than 30 days ago. 8. Reservation of ownership The goods delivered remain property of the Seller until full payment of the invoice. 9. Data protection The Seller has the right to save and process the electronic data sent by the purchaser. The Seller will use the data solely for the business transaction. The customer is aware of the possibility that transferred data can be intercepted, due to the structure of the internet, and accepts this risk. 10. Reduction If the purchaser has a right to free products and hasnt mentioned this properly or not at all we will choose these products en add them to the parcel. We will take the designs already chosen by the purchaser into account when choosing the free products.
