When you receive your order, the TNT employee will ask you to sign for receipt. In case you are not at home, the TNT employee will leave a note with the address of the post office where you can pick up your order the next day. The parcel stays in the post office for 3 weeks. Please check the parcel for possible damage. When you sign for receipt of the parcel, you declare you received the parcel in good state. If the parcel were damaged you can always refuse the parcel.
