Cancellation:

From the moment you order until the moment of shipping you can always cancel your order at no cost without giving us a reason. To refund already paid amounts (payment in advance) we need your bank account number. Customers outside the Netherlands need to provide the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of their own bank. The account number you provide needs to be the same as the account number you used to pay your order to CoolSunglasses.nl. Already paid orders wil be reimbursed, within 14 days after cancellation, to your bank account as soon as possible.

Right to return goods: (cool-down period)

We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. The customer therefore has the right to return all goods if they dont meet the expectations of the customer, provided that the goods are in the original state en this happens within 20 days, we will refund the retail price without the shipping costs. This includes negligent use, scratches on the glasses or breaking of the goods. You can return the goods within 30 days, together with the invoice, and we will send you a replacement. In case there is no replacement possible you may choose an alternative design or choose a refund.
